Your privacy is the reason this website was built. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on every page of the AutumnsList Domain in the footer
area (bottom of each page). We will also try our best to keep it in plain English so everyone can understand it without having your lawyer explain it to you

Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website.
When purchasing a product from us:
On some pages, you may be able to order products, whether tangible or digital. We only share the information necessary to complete a transaction with our payment processor (PayPal). The types of personal information sent to our payment processor are:

The Information We Collect:
We collect the information from you when you first join AutumnsList and other information you voluntarily post on your profile. This information is not shared with any third party website. It is for site registration and for our own personal use, which helps us build a better website for you. You may view and edit this information at any time by visiting your "Profile and Privacy Settings" and "Edit Details" link under the Account tab when you are on your profile page. We DO NOT keep any of this information once you delete it. Your information is YOUR information. YOU have the right to make it public, share it with just friends or just yourself and delete it at any time you want. Please note that it takes 48 hours for an account to be totally deleted off our system, this is to help people in case there profile was hacked and deleted by a malicious act. Read more about this below.
Required Information:
This information is required when creating an account on AutumnsList (Registration Page).
- Name - This will become your display name on your profile page.
- Username - This will be your Login name. Use this to log in to the site, Not your name.
- Password - You must have a password to access the site, keep this in a safe place. We recommend at least a 10 character passwords.
- First and Last Name - Used for internal purposes and not displayed. This is found on the second registration page.
- Sex (gender) - Used for internal purposes and not shown to the public.
- date of birth - Used for internal purposes and not shown to the public. It is used for the friends birthday application. The date is not shown, but it will use the date provided here to calculate and let your friends know your birthday is coming up if they have the Birthday App enabled.
- email address - Used for internal purposes and not shown to the public.
- Current Country you live in - Used for internal purposes and it is visible to friends by default.
Other information you can provide for others to see:
This is any information that you add to your profile page. Some of this can also be added through the registration process, but is not required.
- Profile picture (avatar)
- Secondary email address
- Relationship status
and other information that can enhance your profile information.
You can change privacy settings for each of these on your "Profile and Privacy Settings" tab.
The Information We DO NOT Collect:
Credit/Debit Card Information (This information is collected and maintained by our payment processor (PayPal) Only). If anyone asks you for any type of credit/debit or personal information through emails, notifications, etc., like your social security number they are a fraud! We will never ask you for this type of information!
How We Use Information We Collect:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not
share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We do not store any credit/debit information on our servers.
We use email addresses to answer the email we receive.
Your email address can also be used to send you updates about your profile, for example; If a friend messages you or "likes" your comment on your news stream. You can change these settings under your "Main Privacy Settings" at any time.
Your email address can also be used if we need to contact you about something regarding your account. We may also use your email address to send you information about AutumnsList, such as a new applications or features.
Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties by us, unless you grant them permission. We can not be responsible for said email addresses if you make them part of a public profile or you publicly post it for others to see.
Searchable:
Your email address is also searchable thru the search feature on the site and is only available to site members. This allows friends, family and co-workers to find you a little easier. Your email address is not available for public viewing.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with users who use the advertisement feature on AutumnsList. For example, we let members of AutumnsList create targeted Social Ads to their audience by choosing the following fields, but we DO NOT disclose anything that could be used to identify an individual.
The person creating the ad will not receive any information to personally identify you.

These will allow you to better target your ads to a specific group, which will help save you money by not wasting your ads on people who probably are not interested.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us through the Website in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect through the Website. Although we use the latest technology, this does not mean that we are impregnable or that our servers will be up 100% of the time. We would like to guarantee this, but in reality we cannot. So we must state that we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen events, loss of data, interruption of service, etc. and by using our website you agree not to hold us responsible if something goes wrong!
Concerning Authorities:
We do not release any information on our users without the proper court papers and proper just cause for the information being requested will also be required. If these requirements are met, then we will begin the process of releasing the information relevant to their request and only that information. Please do not request all information on a user that is not relevant to the cause of your request, this will only make providing the information a lot longer to produce and hinder your investigation, case or whatever you need it for. Also note that we DO NOT allow anyone other than an employee with the proper credentials to access our databases.
If you are a government agency requesting information on a person please be sure to get in touch with us right away or your request could take longer than you expect as we have protocols to follow also.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. Nor do we believe anyone under the age of 13 should be even allowed on a social site, there are just too many dangerous factors that a person at these ages without strict parental guidance cannot comprehend. If you believe that Your child that is under the age of 13 is participating on this website without your parental guidance please email us right away so we can take the appropriate actions. We reserve the right to take down any page that we feel is violation with our rules at our discretion, regardless if you have given your child permission or not! The Law rules on this one and we agree with it.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For that reason, we give registered users the ability to display or not to display certain information. You can edit this information in your profile privacy settings at any time. If you do not wish to have certain information displayed, then please, do not include it or set your privacy settings for each post or for all post to just friends. Please keep in mind that this is a public community network and if you set your profile to public, then all information marked as public will be visible to anyone, whether they are a member or a visitor.
We provide the ability to set all your information you provide with the level of privacy you need. Just visit your "Profile and Privacy Settings" page located under your "Account" tab. There you will find a little lock icon that you can set to Public, Site Members, Friends or Me Only.
For everyone's safety we do monitor the site for activity that violates this policy, but also cannot guarantee that we will catch everything right away. We regard this as your community and allow our users to govern the site too. So if you find something that violates our policies please report it using the appropriate links on that page. Please note that we do not censor anyone's posts or opinions, we believe in free speech no matter the topic, but on the same note we will not tolerate threatening behaviour to individuals or the safety of any citizen in any country!
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect through the Website and maintain it by simply visiting your Profile pages that allow you to edit them. All links that deal with your privacy and settings can be found under the "Account" tab. All privacy options for the applications you use can be found under the "My Apps" tab under your "Profile" tab. Please keep in mind that anything you provide on your profile page may be viewable to the general public if your settings are set to public. If you do not want your Name, Age, Sex, etc. being public information, then please do not include it on your profile page or change your privacy settings for each piece of information you provide.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your profile (You must be signed in with a proper Username & Password).

Deleting Your Account:
When you delete your account it takes 48 hours for an account to be totally deleted off our system, this is to help people in case there profile was hacked and deleted by a malicious act. Once you click the delete button your account will be in a sense deleted, but in a 48 hour sorta limbo state. Once this 48 hours has passed and we are not contacted then the account will be permanently deleted from our system. It is not archived like other sites do or sitting in a closet on backups, it is DELETED for good.
Account been hacked? Want it back?
If your account has been hacked, you will only have 48 hours to get in contact with us.
If you want to restore your account because you accidentely deleted it or someone hacked it, follow these directions.
1.) email us with a CLEAR, COLORED copy (BOTH SIDES) of your government issued I.D. that the account was created under. Please blacken out your address ONLY. We will not use any of this information except to verify who you are. Once verified all info you send us will be permanently deleted.
2.) Please email this request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the words "Save My Account Please" in the subject line and your account details in the message box with the copy of the I.D.
Note: We WILL NOT Save the account without the correct credentials or if those credentials do not match up with the information you joined the site with.
Want your account deleted within 24 hours?
If so, then follow these steps:
1.) Delete your account in the usual way
2.) email us with a CLEAR, COLORED copy (BOTH SIDES) of your government issued I.D. that the account was created under. Please blacken out your address ONLY.
3.) Please email this request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the words "Delete Account Please" in the subject line and your account details in the message box with the copy of the I.D.
Note: We WILL NOT delete the account without the correct credentials or if those credentials do not match up with the information you joined the site with.
For your privacy we will immediately cross shred any credentials you send to us once we "delete" or "save" the account. That will then be combined with other material and dispersed into different garbage bins and dumped on different days. This may seem a little extreme, but securing your privacy means that we will go the extra mile to protect you.
