Prohibited Items, Services, Materials, etc. on AutumnsList

This is a partial list of illegal items not permitted on AutumnsList.
There are other laws that prohibit different things that you cannot sell or resell.
For a complete list please refer to your local laws.
By posting an item, service or any type of material you do so without holding AutumnsList accountable for your actions.  You agree to take all responsibilities that may arise from lawsuits against you by posting illegal items, services or materials within our classifieds.  Please read the entire AutumnsList Terms & Conditions for a much fuller description of our policies.

1. Child Pornography
2. Weapons (Guns, shotguns, basically anything that can kill!) B.B. guns and paint guns are o.k.
3. Offering of illegal prostitution
4. Solicitation of illegal prostitution
5. Alcohol products
6. Tobacco products
7. Blood
8. Bodily Fluids
9. Any type of body parts (Human or Animal)
10. Stolen Property (including items with serial numbers removed)
11. Counterfeit Currency
12. Counterfeit Stamps
13. Counterfeit Tickets
14. Equipment used for making counterfeit currency, stamps, tickets, etc.
15. Copywritten Work (Any material that you do not own copyright rights to sell). such as, but not limited to,
    software and other digital goods (Bootlegs, Warez, etc.) Unless you hold exclusive rights to resell these items.
16. United States Armed Force items that have not been authorized for resale through the Department of Defense demilitarization policies.
17. Prescription drugs.
18. Prescription medical devices such as hypodermic needles, defibrillators, etc.
19. Nonprescription drugs that have not been FDA approved.
20. Controlled substances or illegal drugs (This also includes any item or substance that can be used in the
    manufacturing of controlled substances, such as illegal drug paraphernalia).
21. Animals for any type of fighting purposes or any type of items used for animal fighting.
22. Hazardous Materials such as pesticides, contaminated items, arts & crafts materials that contain toxic
    ingredients that do not have a clear and easy to read label stating which hazardous materials the item contains.
23. Expired Tickets with the intent to defraud users. (Telling people they are still valid, but they are not!)
    These include coupons, concert tickets, airline tickets and such items.
24. Unsanitized clothing, bedding, etc. (Must be sanitized in accordance with your local law).
25. Expired food items of any kind.
26. Used or Rebuilt car batteries.
27. Counterfeit brand name products/goods.
28. Replica's of brand name products/goods.
29. Knock offs of brand name products/goods.

REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A PARTIAL LIST
CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL LAW TO BE SURE YOU ARE NOT VIOLATING THEM

If you post illegal material your listing will be removed and you may be banned from the site.  If you post any type of child pornography you will be reported to the proper authorities!
