- Offering of illegal prostitution
- Solicitation of illegal prostitution
- Selling or offering Tobacco products
- Selling or offering No bodily or blood selling
- Selling or offering Stolen Property
- Selling or offering Counterfeit Currency
- Selling or offering Counterfeit Stamps
- Selling or offering Counterfeit Tickets
- Selling or offering equipment used for making counterfeit currency, stamps, tickets, etc.
- Selling or offering Copy-written Work (Any material that you do not own copyright rights to sell). such as, but not limited to,
software and other digital goods (Bootlegs, Warez, etc.) Unless you hold exclusive rights to resell these items. - Selling or offering United States Armed Force items that have not been authorized for resale through the Department of Defense
demilitarization policies. - Selling or offering Nonprescription drugs that have not been FDA approved.
- Selling or offering Controlled substances or illegal drugs (This also includes any item or substance that can be used in the
manufacturing of controlled substances, such as illegal drug paraphernalia). - Selling or offering Animals for any type of fighting purposes or any type of items used for animal fighting.
- Selling or offering Expired Tickets with the intent to defraud users. (Telling people they are still valid, but they are not!) These include coupons, concert tickets, airline tickets and such items.
- Selling or offering Expired food items of any kind.
- Selling or offering Used or Rebuilt car batteries
- Selling or offering Counterfeit brand name products/goods.
- Selling or offering Replica's of brand name products/goods
- Selling or offering Knock offs of brand name products/goods.
