Your Privacy Settings

Your privacy settings are set to a level that only lets your friends see your profile page by default. If you wish for people (public) to be able to see your profile page and other stuff, then you will need to edit your basic privacy settings found under the "Account" tab found in the main menu.

The image below shows the privacy settings you can set for the following:

Profile Page: This covers everything on your profile page as one.  Set it to "Friends" and the only thing that will be public is your Profile picture, Username and the amount of friends you have.  there will also be a link to send you a message and a link to request you as a friend.

Friends: Choose who to show your friends list with (the list that shows up on your profile page on the right hand side).

Photos: You can either set all your albums to one privacy setting (check off the box) or set each album with it's own privacy setting when you create them.

Videos: You can either set all your videos to one privacy setting (check off the box) or set each video with it's own privacy setting when you create them.

My Group List: Choose who to show your group list with (the list that shows up on your profile page on the right hand side).

Your Application's Privacy Settings

There are also additional privacy settings for each application you enable for your profile page.  You can find these settings by visiting your "My Application" page.  When hovering over the "Profile" tab you will find the "My Profile Apps" in the drop-down, this will bring you to the My Application page.  Click on each lock icon for the privacy settings for each application.

You can access these settings by clicking on the padlock for each application.

Change Background Image and Font Color

You must enable the "Profile Designer" application in order to use these features.

Hover over the "Profile" tab and you will find the "My Profile Apps" in the dropdown menu, this will bring you to the My Application page.
  

Now click the "Add Application" link

Tip: If you add this app to the right hand column it will make it easier to find it on your profile page.  You can also rearrange your apps by drag your them around this page, they will show up on your profile page in the order you set them on your application page.

Once you add the application it will be enabled on your profile page where you can add your background and font color.

Click the "Change background" link and you will be presented with this pop up.

You can also just change the background color by clicking on the color wheel, this will pop up a color graph.  Choose a color and you will see the background change.  When your done don't forget to save your settings.

Or you can choose one of the included images.  On the drop down menu next to "Image:" select "Gallery image", then select an image you would like to use from the Gallery.

If you prefer to use your own image select "Custom image" from the drop down menu next to "Image:".  You can then select an image from your computer by clicking the "browse" button, don't forget to "Upload" the image.  Once you upload your image it will appear in the background instantly.  Depending on the size of your image you may have to play with the "Repeat, Vertical, Horizontal and Scrolling" controls. 

The ideal size to fill the page would be about 800px wide by 1024px height.  When you are happy with the way the background looks click the "Save Settings" button and you are done.

Find the image you want to use (.jpg, .png and .gif is supported)

Don't forget to save it!

Re-arranging Photo's

You can easily re-arrange your photo's order by simply dragging and dropping them in any order that you want.

This also works for your Group's photo albums, too.

1. Just go to the photo album that you want to arrange.
2. Hold down the left mouse button on a photo and drag it to another position.
3. Let go of the left mouse button and the photo will drop into that position.
