NYPD officers give peaceful protester a concussion during OCCUPY WALL STREET
Description
As you can clearly see, the protester was acquiescing to police arrest, when the officer in the orange windbreaker knocked him to the ground. This was on 9/24/2011 when 2,000~ people marched from Wall Street to Union Square in New York City.
